Theme Hospital

Theme hospital works well as long as you keep the standard resolution settings. If you use the enhanced resolution and speed hack, it breaks the game with what looks like a z-index type bug. Other than this, everything seems great – save game works and gameplay seems good so far. Will update if I hear anything to the contrary.
