Works with both standard resolution and enhanced with no major drawbacks from using the high resolution. No slowdowns caused by resolution however the game does experience a generally bad and choppy frame rate. You can expect most of the gameplay to be around 20 FPS with drops down to 18 frequently and even 15 on occasion.

Even with this being the case, the game seems to work well if you can put up with the occasional FPS drop.
